This is a weekly hybrid role based out of our Beacon NY office.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the credibility of the company and its products by producing compelling marketing content across global and local campaigns.
- Research draft and refine industryrelevant topics headlines and messaging to engage audiences in Englishspeaking regions.
- Use generative AI tools for outlines and base drafts transforming them into highimpact brandaligned copy with authentic storytelling.
- Develop and edit content for landing pages emails ebooks white papers blog posts presentations and social assets.
- Factcheck and refine all content to ensure originality accuracy and freedom from AI hallucinations or repetitive phrasing.
- Manage the lifecycle of existing content edit update or retire pieces to maintain freshness and relevance.
- Implement digital content strategies in collaboration with SEO product marketing and design teams.
- Optimize content for AIpowered answer engines (Perplexity Gemini SearchGPT etc.) ensuring its surfaced by nextgeneration discovery tools.
- Transform written work into multichannel assets including video scripts data visuals and LinkedIn carousels.
- Monitor engagement metrics and identify content decay deciding when to refresh repurpose or sunset underperforming content.
- Ability to travel to Germany once a year (or more) for team building events.
- Ability to travel once a year for DocuWorld locations may vary.
- 35 years of experience in digital journalism copy editing or content marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to make complex topics engaging and accessible.
- Proven AI literacy able to use generative tools to enhance speed and creativity not replace human judgment.
- Exceptional written English editing precision and grammatical mastery.
- Background in journalism or copywriting ideally within the software or technology industry.
- Proficiency in digital media platforms and tools (MS Office HubSpot Jira Semrush etc.).
- Advanced social media and SEO knowhow; ability to write sophisticated prompts for LLMs.
- Creative yet analytical thinker with structured problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities within an international team.
- Detailoriented approach to verifying AIgenerated content for accuracy originality and compliance.
- The pay range is between $73000 and $78000 depending on experience.
