What Youll Do

You wont be stuck doing the same thing every day. As our Marketing Associate youll get your hands on a wide variety of exciting work:

• Campaign Support Help plan and execute digital email social and event-based marketing campaigns
• Content Creation Contribute to blogs social posts case studies presentations and videos
• Social Media Management Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Website Updates Assist with content management and keeping our digital presence fresh
• Event Coordination Support trade shows logistics and follow-up activities
• Analytics & Reporting Track and report on key marketing metrics
• Cross-Team Collaboration Work with internal teams to gather insights and fuel campaigns

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Knowledge of data collection methods (surveys polls focus groups)
• Valid drivers license (some travel required)

Work Environment

This is an office-based role with a comfortable collaborative environment. Expect meaningful work at your desk analyzing data crafting content and communicating across teams with occasional travel to events and trade shows.

Safety & Compliance

This role requires completion of NorthWind Level 1 Safety Training prior to performing approved activities. Training to be completed with onboarding. We take the safety of our team seriously because our people are our greatest asset.
