Marketing and Graphic Design Associate

Blevins Marketing is a fast-moving collaborative and good energy team in a fast-growing company. Were looking for a Marketing Associate for our Corporate office located in Nashville TN with strong graphic design experience to own our design work especially our product catalogs while supporting the brand and broader marketing efforts including email social media and tradeshows. This role suits someone who is energized by feedback embraces AI and new tools to work more efficiently and enjoys variety.

Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Own graphic design across print and digital deliverables including collateral presentations signage and digital email and social assets.
• Lead the design production and updates of product catalogs ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Organize and maintain digital assets within the companys DAM platform.
• Use AI tools to streamline design and production workflows and increase efficiency.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Assist in creating and scheduling email and social media campaigns and help track results.
• Support tradeshow management including logistics booth materials and graphics.
• Provide marketing administrative support and assist marketing management with projects beyond graphic design.
• Partner with Sales Product vendors and printers while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in marketing graphic design or a related role; bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio of print and digital work (required for consideration).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and print production.
• Experience with Canva Figma email platforms (Mailchimp) social media tools and WordPress.
• Experience using AI tools in design or marketing workflows.
• Strong writing organization and communication skills with openness to feedback and revision.
• Preferred: EasyCatalog or similar catalog software motion graphics and tradeshow experience.
