JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Comprehensive Mobile Cares continued growth and mission of expanding access to specialty healthcare for seniors.

Working closely with the executive team this role helps drive business development marketing and strategic projects that support the companys continued growth. Youll play an important role in building and strengthening relationships supporting CMCs presence at conferences creating professional materials improving processes and leveraging technology to help the company grow.

Success in this role requires someone who is highly organized proactive resourceful and an exceptional communicator who enjoys building relationships and representing the company with professionalism. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys creating structure solving problems and finding better ways to work while helping turn ideas into action.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development

Partner with the executive team to support business development efforts and key company priorities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners vendors and other external stakeholders through professional communication and follow-up.

Develop and maintain systems for tracking relationships growth opportunities and key business information.

Research opportunities to help expand access to specialty care.

Marketing & Events

Support CMCs participation at industry conferences meetings and other business development events.

Coordinate the development of marketing materials promotional items branded collateral and other resources that support business development efforts and industry conferences.

Support social media content and initiatives that increase awareness of CMCs services mission and impact.

Create polished presentations reports and executive materials that support healthcare partners leadership meetings and strategic projects.

Process Improvement & Technology

Help manage timelines organization and follow-up to keep projects moving forward.

Identify opportunities to improve workflows increase efficiency and leverage technology to support company growth.

Utilize AI and other technology tools to improve productivity organization communication and project execution.

WHAT YOU HAVE

Bachelors degree preferred.

25 years of experience in business development marketing project management healthcare operations or a related field.

Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional relationship-focused approach.

Experience with CRM platforms or similar relationship management systems.

Strong presentation research and analytical skills.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity and workflow.

Ability to take initiative solve problems and independently move projects forward.

High level of professionalism discretion and integrity.

Passion for improving access to healthcare and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
