Were looking for a data-driven Marketing Analyst to help us better understand and optimize our marketing performance across digital this role youll turn complex data into clear insights that directly influence how we acquire engage and retain customers.
Youll partner closely with teams across marketing product sales and finance to improve campaign effectiveness guide investment decisions and support overall business growth. This is a highly visible role where your insights will help shape strategy at both the campaign and executive level.
What Youll Do
Own Marketing Performance Insights
- Analyze performance across key digital channels including paid media (Meta Google YouTube TikTok) DTC (Shopify) email affiliate and influencer marketing
- Identify trends opportunities and areas for optimization across the customer journey
Build Dashboards & Reporting
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools likeLooker Tableau or Looker Studio
- Deliver clear actionable reporting on key metrics such asROAS CAC conversion rates and customer retention
- Translate data into insights that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand
Manage & Optimize Data Infrastructure
- Consolidate data from multiple sources usingSQL and data warehouses (BigQuery Snowflake)
- Ensure data accuracy through regular audits validation and cleanup
- Partner with teams to improve tracking attribution and data quality
Drive Strategy & Decision-Making
- Provide recommendations to improve campaign performance customer engagement and budget allocation
- Support and analyze A/B tests to identify the most effective marketing strategies
- Use data to forecast trends and inform future growth initiatives
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with marketing channel owners leadership and other stakeholders
- Help teams interpret performance data and make informed decisions
- Support implementation of new tools integrations and automation workflows

What Were Looking For
Core Qualifications
- 5 years of experience inmarketing analytics marketing operations or similar roles
- Strong proficiency inSQLand experience working with large datasets (BigQuery Snowflake or similar)
- Experience building dashboards and reports usingBI tools(Looker Tableau Looker Studio)
- Solid understanding ofdigital marketing metrics and performance analysis(ROAS CAC attribution etc.)
- Hands-on experience withweb analytics tools (GA4 or similar)
Preferred Experience
- Experience ineCommerce or DTC environments (Shopify preferred)
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads) and marketing tools (Klaviyo GTM etc.)
- Exposure tomulti-touch attributionand advanced analytics
- Experience supportingA/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Nice to Have
- Proficiency inPython or Rfor advanced analytics or automation
- Experience at ahigh-growth DTC or consumer brand
- Analytics certifications or advanced training
