Marketing Analyst Intern

The Role
VersaDesk is looking for a motivated and analytical Marketing Analyst Intern to join our
marketing team. This internship is a great opportunity for students or early-career professionals
looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics campaign reporting customer
insights and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced manufacturing and
direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment. Youll work closely with our marketing e-commerce and creative teams to analyze campaign performance identify market trends monitor customer behavior and help improve marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing campaign performance across paid ads email marketing social media
and e-commerce platforms
Monitor key marketing metrics including traffic conversions ROAS CTR and customer
engagement
Assist with reporting and dashboard creation for marketing performance tracking
Help identify customer trends purchasing behavior and growth opportunities
Support A/B testing and performance analysis for advertisements and landing pages
Assist in gathering and organizing competitor and market research
Work with marketing and creative teams to improve campaign effectiveness
Maintain organized reports spreadsheets and marketing data records
Help identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvements
Participate in improving marketing workflows reporting systems and analytics processes

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data Analytics Communications or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable working with data reports and performance metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Interest in digital marketing e-commerce analytics or consumer behavior
Experience with Google Analytics Meta Ads Shopify or reporting tools is preferred
