We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Marina Dockhand to join our team in Brookfield CT. The ideal candidate will assist with daily marina operations ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our boaters and visitors. This role requires physical stamina attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

• Assist boaters with docking and undocking their vessels safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of docks walkways and marina facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning boats fueling and minor repairs.
• Monitor marina equipment and report any issues or hazards to management.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting visitors.
• Operate marina vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with marina safety and environmental regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies.

• Previous experience in a marina boating or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
