Job Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Ensure dailyPre-Shiftinspections and frequency checks are completed accurately and conduct planned inspection audits on each shift.
- Followcomplyand enforce all operational procedures/policies asstatedin the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards).
- ConductPre-Shiftmeetings with the team to communicate safety and/or quality issues and production targets.
- Fills in for Team Members that need to temporarily leave the line (emergency bathroom break etc.)
- Complete all necessary documentation including hourly data collection with downtime reasons and daily performance graphing.
- Coordinate and assign jobresponsibilityfor team memberson a daily basis.
- Maintain open communication and provide continued support to other departmentsregardingany changes problems or special projects. Encourages open communications; confrontsdifficult situations;maintainsobjectivity; keeps emotions under control; uses negotiation skills to resolve conflicts.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the supervisorregardingteam member performance and training needs.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or GEDrequired
WORK EXPERIENCE/ TECHNICAL TRAINING:
- Valid drivers license. Current forklift license to be obtained within 1 week of proof of training every three years for maintenance offorklift/truck license must bemaintained.
- Prior SAPexperience preferred

Pay range: $27.65 - $30.63 per hour
