Pay & Schedule

• $24.00$32.00/hour based on experience
• Profit-based company bonus
• 2-2-3 rotating schedule 12-hour shifts (day or night) every other weekend

What Youll Do

• Operate and troubleshoot injection and blow molding equipment
• Perform machine start-ups shutdowns and mold changeovers
• Complete daily machine checks and documentation
• Keep production running safely and efficiently

What Were Looking For

• No formal education required hands-on aptitude and reliability matter most
• Injection molding experience a plus (not required for entry-level)
• Strong stable work history
• Team player ready to grow into a long-term technician career
