Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician II is responsible for supporting manufacturing and assembly operations by assembling components and instruments according to production schedules and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail the ability to follow established procedures and hands-on experience using assembly tools fixtures and wiring techniques in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assemble products according to daily and weekly production schedules.
Assemble entry-level subcomponents and integrate them into top-level instrument assemblies.
Perform accurate wiring techniques including harness terminations and connector installations.
Follow established manufacturing procedures standards and work instructions.
Utilize fixtures gauges and assembly tools to assemble adjust and repair products.
Perform manufacturing tests and maintain required documentation as needed.
Maintain equipment and complete daily housekeeping responsibilities.
Support additional manufacturing and production-related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in manufacturing assembly or production environments preferred.
Ability to use hand tools fixtures and assembly equipment effectively.
Basic understanding of wiring and connector assembly techniques.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Good organizational and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
