Role: Diamond Turning Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machining equipment

• Experience working on a manufacturing floor

• Perform visual inspection and measurement of optical components

• May collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to ensure parts meet rigorous standards

• Document processes maintain accurate production records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• 23 years of hands-on machining operating experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of basic manufacturing tools and machinery

• Familiarity with ultra-precision diamond turning equipment a plus

• Problem-solving and analytical skills

• High attention to detail and commitment to producing exceptional quality work

• A Can-Do attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
