Sheridan MN is seeking a Team Leader to lead nightly bindery production operations ensuring high-quality output while meeting customer quality standards.

What Youll Do:

• Lead bindery team operations to meet production quality and delivery goals.
• Monitor workflow identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Maintain maximum plant productivity and quality control.
• Train apprentices to become effective operators and helpers.
• Ensure equipment is operating through shift change and that all-pertinent information is forwarded to oncoming Production Support Leader.

What Were Looking For:

• Four years in manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to plan organize direct and lead.
• Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
