We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operations in the Lee County MS area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven background supervising manufacturing employees and production processes.

A minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience is required.

• Supervise and lead manufacturing employees during assigned shifts.
• Oversee daily production operations and ensure production goals are met.
• Monitor employee performance attendance and productivity.
• Train coach and develop team members.
• Ensure employees follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor product quality and address production issues as they arise.
• Help maintain efficient workflow and minimize downtime.
• Communicate production updates issues and needs to management.
• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment.
• Assist with scheduling staffing and other operational needs.

• Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience required.
• Proven experience leading and managing manufacturing employees.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions and resolve production issues.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work either day or night shift.

Salary: $55000$65000 annually depending on experience.
