Manufacturing Production Supervisor

KC Elite Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing and warehouse operations within a large fast-paced production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills experience with lean manufacturing and a commitment to operational efficiency product quality and workplace safety.

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

• Specific workdays are to be determined as management finalizes the schedule.
• Weekend availability is required. Employees may be scheduled to work at least one weekend day.
• Flexibility to work holidays and varying schedules may be necessary.

• Oversee daily manufacturing and warehouse operations to meet production goals.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term operational improvement plans.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead coach and develop production teams while promoting safety and teamwork.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable OSHA EPA FDA USDA and HACCP regulations.

• 2 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1 year of experience working with lean manufacturing principles.

• Experience supervising a diverse unionized workforce.
• Strong employee management and development skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new manufacturing and business systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends holidays and varying schedules.
