What Drives Success
Under direct supervision the Manufacturing Production Operator is responsible for assembling mechanical units or fabricated parts to create sub-assemblies or complete units. This role involves routine and repetitive assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Use various hand and power tools and operate equipment such as jigs dies fixtures templates punch presses riveting machines circular shears and drill presses.
- Cut file fit punch ream rivet form and/or assemble components.
- Obtain raw materials load and operate equipment to produce finished products.
- Fit align calibrate and adjust parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
What We Are Looking For
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous factory experience preferred.
**Skills & Requirements:**
- **Good problem-solving skills**
- **Effective communication skills**
- **Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced environment**
- **Able to lift up to 25 pounds**
- **Able to remain in a standing stationary position for extended periods**
- **Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required including weekends**
- **Available to attend off-shift training or work and rotations between departments when required**
What We Offer

Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $17.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
