Manufacturing Operator

THE ROLE:

Our site in Bloomington MN is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join our team.

HOURS FOR THIS POSITION ARE 2PM-10PM MONDAY-FRIDAY

WHAT YOULL DO:

• Verifies product visually and takes corrective action when product is consistent with established quality issues as productquality and adherence to the Entegris quality systemISOand/or other allproduct ispackagedperpackaging specifications.

• Performs assembly and other operations on various fluid management accessories byutilizingdifferent hand tools and automated equipment.

• Sorts assembled accessories and other components into designated bins andinitiatessanitizingprocedurefor further processing.

• Sets up workstations with componentsrequiredfor assembly process by referencing part instructions and specifications in SAP.

• Performs various operations on the productin accordance withthe work orders and information instructions.

• Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughlyandtimely( Reports Rack Tickets LabelsComponentSheets Rework Sheets SAP Transactions etc.).Maintainsaccurateattribute/variable charts of rejected variable charts on manufacturing processes and count ofgood productasrequired.

• Utilizeslaser marking equipment for part identification.

• Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

• Integrates on all key business processes to influence customer satisfaction waste elimination growth costeffectivenessand product/system and implementsuseof continuous improvement tools toeliminatenon-value in continuous improvement activities such as 6s Kaizen events etc.

• Maintains a clean and safe work Protective duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor.

WHAT WE SEEK:

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship

• High School Diploma or GED required

• 1yearsmanufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.

• Good attention to detail; ability to perform basic math computations and computer data entry.

• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.

• Ability to walk and stand duringentireshiftandlift upto 40 pounds.

• Abilityto workshift schedule including overtime whenrequired

• Ability to repetitively pinch and grasp hand tools repetitively twistbendand reach upward and handle small screws washers fastenersetc

• Compensation: $20-$24 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.

• $1.25 Shift Differential

• High School Diploma or GED required
