What Youll Do

• Learn to set up run and maintain small bindery equipment including sewers drills shrink wrap board cutter box maker and mechanical binding.
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean organized workspace.

What Were Looking For

No bindery experience No problemwell train you.
Were looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals sizes etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Its a plus if you have:

• Print bindery or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust dirt noise and the physical hazards of machinery plus some exposure to fumes oils lubricants and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift carry push and/or pull 50lbs.
