WhatYoullDo

• Learn tooperateand set up bindery equipment (cutters folders stitchers and perfect binders)

• Keep machines running smoothly bymaking adjustmentsand monitoring quality

• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving

• Follow safety procedures and helpmaintaina clean organized workspace

WhatWereLooking For

Nobinderyexperience No problemwelltrain you.
Were looking for people who:

• Haveexperience operating machineryin any industry(manufacturing warehouse trades etc.)

• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools

• Canread basic job instructions and measurements (decimals sizes etc.)

• Take pride in doing quality work

• Show up reliably and work well with a team

Itsa plusif you have:

• Print bindery or finishing experience

• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

• On your feet for most of the shift

• Fast-paced team-oriented production floor

• Lift up to 20lbsoccasionally
