We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Operator to join our Ashland OH team. You will perform a range of duties at the manufacturing facility. Training will be done for multiple production areas and you could see yourself learning a range of manufacturing support skills.
You will:
- Support the flow of raw material into product throughout the whole of the manufacturing process.
- Duties could include material picking building sub-assemblies helping on the paint line among many other entry level duties. You will not have a set duty and could work in any area.
- Use hand tools scanning tools and Power Industrial Trucks to complete manufacturing tasks.
- Drive LEAN and job safety for your group.
- Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work in a variety of areas/departments
- Must be flexible to support any area of production/distribution
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior manufacturing/distribution experience
- Stand-up reach experience (PIT experience highly desired)
- Must be able to stand walk bend reach and twist at the waist.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist consistently throughout shift.
- Steel-toed footwear is required.
Compensation:
- The hourly pay for this role is $22.36/hour. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills and experience.
Shift:
- 1st Shift: 7:00am 3:00pm
- Overtime required as needed.
