Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat Cleaning Sort and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on the job training you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope. Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.
Requirements:
Client seeks a self-motivated organized detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced multicultural environment and values teamwork. Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use Strong manual dexterity High volume parts inspection and handling
- Microscopic inspection
- Part deburring cleaning and handling
- Precision pin thread and ring gaging
- Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment
- Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college or technical coursework preferred
- Ability to read and converse in English
- Ability to interpret specifications including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
