Job Summary

Our Client a global provider of electronic design and test solutions is looking for someone to fill a Manufacturing Operations Support role at their Rancho Santa Margarita CA location.

Responsibilities:

Support all Hand Operations including Heat Treat Cleaning Sort and Deburr processes on day shift.
Delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
Microscopic inspection
Part deburring cleaning and handling
Precision pin thread and ring gaging
Part sorting using specialized tools/equipment

Requirements:

Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel experience
Strong manual dexterity
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience
High School diploma or equivalent;Some college or technical coursework preferred
Ability to read and converse in English
Ability to interpret specifications including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
