WHAT YOULL BE DOING
As a Manufacturing Operations Co-op you will support day-to-day manufacturing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced collaborative environment. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to improve safety quality delivery cost and productivity through data analysis problem-solving process improvement and project support. This role provides exposure to manufacturing operations leadership and continuous improvement while allowing you to contribute to meaningful projects and operational goals. Depending on business needs assignments may include Production Supervision Greenheck Production System (GPS)/Continuous Improvement Materials Scheduling or Quality/Business Process Improvement (BPI).
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Enrollment in a related bachelors degree program (Operations Management Business Administration Engineering Management Supply Chain etc.)
On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less
Interest in hands-on learning
Curiosity and willingness to learn in a fast-paced innovative environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to support manufacturing operations
Proficiency in Excel
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement preferred

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The starting base pay range for this position is $20.00/hour - $28.00/hour and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and performance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists hands and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
