Manufacturing NPI Trainer II

Key Responsibilities

• Support Industrial Engineering Technicians (IET) and Industrial Engineers (IE) during Engineering Builds Product Validation and product ramp-up activities by delivering required training programs.
• Develop coordinate and deliver training courses hands-on training and component-based training to operators ensuring readiness and compliance with manufacturing processes.
• Maintain training records certification files and employee qualification matrices.
• Support Build Readiness activities monitor training completion and assist with build reports and training metrics.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering Quality and Operations teams to identify training needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures quality standards and EHS requirements.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide coaching and support to employees on the production floor.

Technical Skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
• Excel: Create and maintain spreadsheets organize data use basic formulas and update training records.
• PowerPoint: Create and update training presentations and materials.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use manufacturing and training systems.
• Experience maintaining training records and qualification matrices is preferred.

Preferred Technical Knowledge

• Knowledge of Rack Assembly processes.
• Knowledge of Server Assembly processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations including receiving material handling and kitting.
