Starting pay is $30.03/hour
Work 50% of the year with weekends on for 1 month weekends off the next
What we offer you:
Starting pay is $30.03/hour with overtime available
Only work 84 hours every two weeks but earn 76 hours of straight pay and 8 hours of scheduled overtime every two weeks
$0.25/hr increase every 6 months for the first two years
Quarterly bonus based on plant performance
Additional quarterly attendance bonus
Comprehensive benefits package including medical & prescription dental vision life & AD&D insurance short & long-term disability coverage 2 weeks of vacation and 12 paid holidays 401k with a 50% match up to 6% HSA after 30 days

What youll do:
Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
Troubleshoot maintain repair and modify all industrial mechanical systems
Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
Work with management to improve work area safety quality cost and productivity
