is seeking a manufacturing professional who understands how precision parts tooling and dies are made and can help determine the best manufacturing approach for customer projects. Whether your background is in Tool & Die CNC Machining Manufacturing Engineering Estimating or Production Planning this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact while working on highly diverse projects.

What Youll Do
- Review customer drawings CAD models and RFQs
- Develop manufacturing plans and determine production methods
- Estimate labor materials machining tooling and outside processing costs
- Prepare customer quotations and manufacturing work orders
- Coordinate with vendors on materials and outside services
- Support production planning scheduling and job release activities
- Work closely with toolmakers machinists engineers and leadership
- Identify manufacturing quality and tooling issues before production begins
- Help improve estimating accuracy and manufacturing processes
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding technical requirements and delivery expectations
- Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills
- Understanding of GD&T tolerances and precision manufacturing
- Knowledge of machining processes including milling turning grinding and Wire EDM
- Experience with tooling dies fixtures gauges or precision machined components
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable using ERP systems spreadsheets and manufacturing documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
