- 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering (New Product Introduction - Medical device preferred)
- Experience in process development process characterization & process validation (IQ OQ PQ)
- Designing of test fixtures
- Develop test methods & Inspection Method and perform validation
- Understand product design requirements and ability to work Consultantly and in cross-functional global teams
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle
- Ensure design for manufacturability and support tooling/equipment development
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical or related); masters preferred
