We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing developing and improving manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes quality control and project management.

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Engineer Job in Long Island NY:

• Design develop and improve manufacturing processes and systems
• Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process flow diagrams
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Manage projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and within budget
• Train and mentor production staff on new processes and equipment

• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
• Experience with quality control and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD software
• Knowledge and proficiency in CNC programming.
