Job Summary

Carnegie Robotics is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the

development launch and continuous improvement of advanced electromechanical products. This

individual will play a key role in driving manufacturing readiness supporting new product

introduction (NPI) and ensuring high-quality production processes across complex robotic systems.

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead and support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
• Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams
• Drive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) initiatives
• Investigate and resolve quality issues
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for electromechanical assemblies
• Interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives

What Youll Have

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
• 510 years of manufacturing engineering experience
• Experience with electronics manufacturing and assembly
• Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI)
• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics

How Youll Stand Out

• You have experience with embedded Linux systems microcontrollers or industrial sensor integration
• Experience with PCB assemblies cable/harness builds
• Background with electromechanical products
• Exposure to robotics or complex systems manufacturing
• You have work experience in robotics automation or low-volume high-mix manufacturing environments
