Manufacturing Engineer Intern

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to drive real impact in the areas of Safety Quality Productivity and Cost Optimization.

This position is based on-site in Kansas City KS and is not eligible for remote work. This internship will be considered part time (minimum of 15 hours per week).

• Apply technical skills learned in school to real-world applications.

• Support engineering tasks including safety projects time studies bottleneck analysis value stream mapping layout updates fixture drawings and standard work procedures.

• Collaborate with a variety of teams on engineering projects and share updates with Plant Leadership.

• Enjoy access to your own workstation including AutoCAD and Inventor software.

• Current enrollment in an Engineering degree program or equivalent

• Previous internship experience (helpful but not required)

• Excellent communication skills

• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions when something isnt clear
