Manufacturing Engineers develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying products and manufacturing methods. They analyze product specifications to determine appropriate designs and processes that support these customer requirements. You would apply your skills to develop test modify and create solutions through a collaborative effort with various teams. As a Manufacturing Engineer with our Raytheon team youll apply your skills to help to develop test modify and create solutions through a collaborative effort with our stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Design control and improve the manufacturing process through collaboration with a multi-disciplined team
• Improve cycle time and lead time
• Implement manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
• Create and oversee improvement projects
• Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
• Perform hardware defect analysis
• Participate in corrective action investigations

Qualifications You Must Have

• 0 years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering

• U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contracts

• Experience/education with interpretation of technical documentation
• Experience/education with project execution

Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience research coursework or projects.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Knowledge of Technical drawing interpretation Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Demonstrated hands-on mechanical aptitude with the ability to work across disciplines and an innovative mindset that drives continuous improvement and keeps pace with advances in technology
• Ability to work in a team environment with solid organizational skills and the ability multi-task
• Proven written and oral communication skills
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel PPT Project Word)

• Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.
• This position is located at the Raytheon Diné Facility in Farmington NM. RTX- Diné Facility adheres to the Navajo Nation Preference in Employment Act in areas of recruitment and hiring practices.

The salary range for this role is 57200 USD - 108800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
