Job Summary
Harmon Full Time $20 to $22/hr Monday-Thursday 6AM-4:30 PM

Harmon is looking for a Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing this role youll work with metal and glass components to fabricate and assemble products that become part of the buildings shaping cities across the country.
If you have experience in manufacturing fabrication assembly or working from blueprints and shop drawings wed like to hear from you.
What Youll Do
Read and interpret blueprints shop drawings and fabrication drawings
Cut fabricate and assemble window framing materials according to work orders
Work with metal and glass components including insulated glass units
Use manual and power hand tools to complete fabrication and assembly work
Load and unload materials using hand methods forklifts and overhead cranes
Inspect and package completed frames and products for shipment
Stage products and assist with inventory management
Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals
Operate CNC equipment by translating fabrication instructions into computer commands
Maintain an organized and clean work area through 5S practices
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment
What Were Looking For
Required:
Ability to read and understand blueprints and fabrication drawings
1 to 2 years of manufacturing fabrication assembly or related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Curtain wall or architectural glass industry experience
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Basic math reading and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Ability to effectively manage time and meet production schedules
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to push pull and lift 30 to 60 pounds
Ability to walk bend twist squat and climb occasionally
Preferred:
Experience with CNC equipment
Experience using forklifts or overhead cranes
