Manufacturing Associate

Location: Davenport IA
Pay: $16.00$18.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st 2nd and 3rd Shift

We are hiring dependable Manufacturing Machine Operators for multiple full-time openings in Davenport Iowa.

These positions are a strong fit for candidates with 12 years of manufacturing production machine operation warehouse or quality inspection experience. Applicants should be comfortable working around industrial machinery and completing hands-on production work.

Multiple departments and shifts are available.

Depending on your experience and interests you may be considered for positions involving:

• Machine operation
• Entry-level CNC machine operation
• Product inspection and quality checks
• Grinding and finishing
• Packaging and material handling
• Shipping and receiving
• General production support

Responsibilities may vary by department but can include:

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Load and unload materials or parts
• Monitor machines during the production process
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Use basic measuring tools and follow work instructions
• Package label and prepare products for shipment
• Complete production paperwork and enter basic information into computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Report equipment or production problems to a supervisor

• At least 1 year of recent manufacturing production warehouse or machine operation experience preferred
• Willingness to learn new machines and manufacturing processes
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for most of the shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Willingness to work 1st 2nd or 3rd shift

Previous CNC experience is helpful but not required for all positions.
