Manufacturing Assembly Technician (Afternoon or Night)

Location: Girard Ohio

• Follow detailed work instructions and comply with all safety rules and procedures
• Read and interpret diagrams blueprints and drawings to accurately assemble components
• Perform assigned assembly tasks which may include wiring soldering and general component assembly
• Conduct visual inspections of completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Use basic computer systems for tracking tasks and production documentation
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area
• Meet daily and weekly production goals as assigned
• Work overtime as required based on business needs

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Good hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity
• Ability to focus and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Ability to sit for long periods of time during production work
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work independently after training is completed
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts including afternoon shift night shift and overtime as needed
