As the Manufacturing Alignment Engineer (Dry Etch) you will help shape how manufacturing happens across the network. Youll build alignment programs drive bestknownmethod adoption and partner with technical teams worldwide to improve speed quality cost and equipment performance. Your work will directly influence how we scale technologies optimize tool utilization and develop our people.

Whats Encouraged Daily:
Lead development and execution of alignment programs to standardize BKMs improve efficiency and elevate manufacturing performance
Drive improvements in tool utilization idle tool shutdown practices PORMOR gap closure and global BKM deployment
Coordinate ESTA activities recipe alignment mismatch reduction and defect improvement across technologies
Align PM procedures qualifications scrap reduction efforts and recurrence prevention practices
Partner with global teams to define standards implement improvements and track progress to leadership
How To Qualify:
5 years experience as a Process or Equipment Owner in Dry Etch
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Strong understanding of process and equipment systems methods and tools
Experience coordinating or leading area teams
Ability and willingness to travel internationally
