Mechanically inclined Good with tools Start building your future in precision manufacturing! Nesco Resource is hiring for a manufacturing client producing quality parts for aerospace defense and industrial markets.

No manufacturing experience requiredtraining provided! As you develop your skills ongoing training will prepare you for opportunities as a CNC Machine Operator or CNC Machinist.

What Youll Do:

• Complete hands-on production tasks following basic blueprints and work instructions.

• Check parts using calipers micrometers gauges and tape measures.

• Learn manufacturing processes with continued training toward CNC machine operation and machining.

What Youll Need:

• Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to read basic blueprints and follow instructions.

• Familiarity with basic measuring tools.

• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

• Dependable attendance and availability for 2nd shift.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

• Willingness to learn and develop your machining skills.

Previous manufacturing experience experience with hand tools or precision measuring equipment and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
