Now Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Leasing Agent
Prospect Equities is seeking a motivated and client-focused Leasing Agent to join our Chicago team. We provide ready leads allowing you to focus on assisting clients conducting apartment tours and closing leases.
Position Details
- Part-time: approximately 1020 hours per week
- Estimated earning potential: $2000$6000 per month depending on performance and completed leases
- Flexible schedule
- Chicago-based position
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment tours with prospective renters
- Follow up with company-provided leads
- Understand clients housing needs and recommend suitable properties
- Respond to leasing inquiries professionally and promptly
- Assist clients with rental applications documentation and lease signing
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required
- Strong English communication skills
- Professional dependable and self-motivated
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone text email and in person
- Familiarity with the Chicago rental market is preferred
- Previous leasing sales or real estate experience is preferred but not required
