Managing Director (The Cape Beach & Racket Club)

What youll do...

• Lead all pre-opening activities including operational planning recruitment training and launch readiness.
• Establish and inspire a high-performing culture rooted in hospitality service excellence and member engagement.
• Provide strategic leadership across all areas of the business including food & beverage membership wellness recreation events and guest services.
• Build and develop a talented leadership team capable of delivering exceptional experiences and long-term success.
• Serve as the face of the Club cultivating strong relationships with members ownership community partners and key stakeholders.
• Drive membership engagement retention and community-building initiatives that create a true sense of belonging.
• Oversee financial performance including budgeting forecasting revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Paris Society and ownership to ensure the Club achieves its strategic vision and commercial objectives.
• Champion innovation creativity and elevated service standards across every touchpoint of the member journey.

Qualifications :

What were looking for...

• 10 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hospitality private clubs resorts lifestyle destinations or related environments.
• Previous experience as a General Manager Managing Director Club Manager or comparable executive leadership role.
• Proven pre-opening leadership experience within a luxury hospitality resort or membership-driven business.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including full P&L responsibility and budget ownership.
• Demonstrated success leading complex multi-outlet hospitality operations.
• Experience building and developing large high-performing teams in dynamic service environments.
• Exceptional leadership presence communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• A passion for hospitality community-building and creating memorable experiences.
• Experience within luxury private clubs or membership-based hospitality organizations is highly desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
