As Managing Clinical Director youll oversee daily clinic operations lead a multidisciplinary team and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. Youll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.

What Youll Do

• Provide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards monitor outcomes and ensure clinical compliance.

• Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists therapists and support staff cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.

• Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.

• Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.

• Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What Were Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas

• Fluency in English and Spanish with the ability to read write and speak

• Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality compassionate care
