Job Summary

Work with multiple IS teams and various operational disciplines (including but not limited to Drilling Completions Production and Facilities) to develop and deploy solutions for trackingand optimizingoperationsactivity and costs and toautomate and streamline workflows and interactive dashboards for enhancing operational efficiencies. Work with internal EOG engineers andvendors to deploy solutions and track different metrics to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Lead teams comprised ofSolutions Engineers Software Engineers Data Engineers and Data Scientists to develop required mobile and desktop tools. Generate ideas for new projects and coordinate timelines leading to testing and deployment of applications. Create prototypes using analytical tools to solve business problems. Coordinate multiple projects involving vendors division personnel and IS team members.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Management Information Systems Computer Information Systems or Information Technology.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Ten (10) years of experience as a Solutions Analyst or Spotfire Developer.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Up to 50% domestic travel required.
