- Lead AIEnabled Supply Chain Transformations:Own and deliver large crossfunctional endtoend supply chain engagements across planning IBP logistics inventory and fulfillment embedding AI and GenAI into futurestate designs to improve agility resilience and costtoserve.
- Shape AIDriven Value Propositions:Translate emerging AI and GenAI capabilities into businessfirst use casessuch as scenario intelligence decision support copilots autonomous planning and disruption sensinganchored in clear value cases and executive priorities.
- Design Intelligent Operating Models:Lead the design of target operating models that integrate data analytics automation and human decisionmaking ensuring scalability governance and sustained adoption.
- Provide Senior Client Advisory & Leadership:Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders facilitating executive workshops shaping transformation roadmaps and supporting critical investment and operating decisions using AIenabled insights.
- Drive AIEnabled Delivery Excellence:Apply AI and GenAI to elevate consulting delivery by accelerating analysis improving insight quality and building repeatable assets that scale impact across clients and industries.
- Lead Mentor and Grow Teams:Build and lead highperforming teams coaching consultants on supply chain advisory structured problem solving and responsible use of AI and GenAI in client delivery.
- Contribute to Practice & Thought Leadership:Support capability development through asset creation methodologies and thought leadership focused on AIenabled futureready supply chains.
- 10 years of experience in endtoend supply chain transformation with 6 years in consulting or advisory roles leading complex multiworkstream programs.
- Deep domain expertise across integrated business planning (IBP) demand and supply planning logistics inventory optimization and supply chain performance management.
- Proven experience applying advanced analytics AI or Generative AI in a business or consulting context to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Strong client leadership executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex AIenabled concepts into clear business decisions.
- Experience shaping AIenabled operating models and transformation roadmaps for global or multiregional supply chains.
- Familiarity with leading supply chain platforms and how AI and analytics enhance these ecosystems.
- Demonstrated contribution to thought leadership asset development or capability building within a consulting or advisory practice.
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or a related field; MBA or relevant Masters preferred.
Youll have the opportunity to:
- Build a network within the Capgemini Group and contribute to the education of other Business Units around practice offerings to support existing account expansion
- Play a significant role in client proposals and RFI/RFP responses from initial brief to final sales presentations
- Nurture and expand existing account relationships
- Identify potential personal business relationships that can be leveraged by the practice to develop new business
- Identify potential project extension and expansion opportunities while staffed on projects
- Support the development of thought leadership and innovative offerings as they relate to AI/Data Science Digital Customer Analytics and Operational Analytics.
- Support the upskilling of the team members on topics related to Data & Analytics
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $135900 to $200000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national state provincial and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini in good faith believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.
These may include but are not limited to: Geographic location Education and qualifications Certifications and licenses Relevant experience and skills Seniority and performance Market and business consideration Internal pay equity.
It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives bonuses or commissions depending on the position and applicable laws.
