Job Summary
Become part of the excitement.
As a Manager - Sales Center you will direct all Sales Center activities to meet service standards and effectively onboard train evaluate coach and mentor employees new to sales roles.
In this role you will:
- Supervise onboard and train sales trainees introducing them to the Companys culture products and services and professional selling
- Establish and maintain an effective mentoring program
- Analyze sales trainees learning needs; modify existing programs to ensure subject matter is current and relevant; incorporate new and innovative approaches based on business needs and strategy
- Utilize effective learning strategies including programs and materials
- Train sales employees to present and discuss the Companys products and services to customers using effective sales techniques that win and retain business
- Utilize existing business and sales performance data to analyze sales trainee progress
- Provide feedback to trainees regarding professionalism overall performance how to overcome obstacles and close deals
- Collaborate with sales leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the sales organization.
- Implement methods and procedures that will improve sales processes and customer service as well as increase Company profitability
What you bring to the table:
- 1 years progressively responsible sales marketing and/or operating/service experience
- 4 year degree preferred
- Knowledge of training and learning theory and techniques
- Knowledge of wholesale distribution industry and continuous improvement processes
- Oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Selling and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills with strong customer focus and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Leadership skills with the ability to effectively train instruct and supervise staff and achieve results through others
- Ability to analyze assess and measure success of training programs
- Ability to actively listen think creatively problem solve and overcome obstacles
- Ability to coach motivate and influence others
- Some travel required
Pay Details:
The expected salary for this position is $75000 annually depending on experience. This position is also bonus eligible based on specific and relevant business metrics.
