Manager Revenue Cycle Management (Plymouth MN)

Lead a high-impact Revenue Cycle Management team at S&RC RespirTech driving reimbursement performance improving billing operations and building a culture of trust accountability and continuous improvement.

Your role:

• Lead coach and develop a team including conducting regular one-on-ones managing performance and fostering employee engagement accountability and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee revenue cycle operations including claims processing reimbursement activities accounts receivable performance and resolution of billing or payment issues to support revenue goals.

• Monitor operational and financial performance by analyzing revenue payer denial and departmental metrics then implement improvements to increase effectiveness and productivity.

• Establish document and maintain policies procedures and work instructions while driving process improvements to create greater operational consistency and efficiency.

• Build strong relationships across teams and with external payers leading through organizational change while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Youre the right fit if:

• You have 2 years of Medical Billing experience with a bachelors degree 1 year with a masters degree or 6 years of Medical Billing experience with vocational education.

• Your skills include strong medical billing revenue cycle and reimbursement expertise; analytical data-driven decision-making; process improvement and documentation; the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments; and strong problem-solving skills focused on operational improvement.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Plymouth MN is $95000 to $150000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
