Were seeking a Manager of Regional Maintenance Facilitiesto oversee Maintenance Life Safety Regulatory Compliance Emergency Response and Grounds Operations across assigned this key leadership role youll collaborate with engineering construction and operational leaders to ensure our facilities remain safe compliant and prepared to support outstanding patient care.

• Lead maintenance and facility operations that keep our hospitals operating at their best.
• Manage capital projects facility upgrades and building system improvements from planning through completion.
• Drive regulatory compliance and life safety initiatives while maintaining accreditation readiness.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies and AI-driven technologies to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs digital documentation emergency preparedness and grounds operations.
• Collaborate with leaders across the health system to continuously improve facilities and share resources effectively.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of hospital facilities maintenance or construction management experience preferred.
• Five or more years of engineering maintenance or construction leadership experience preferred.
• Strong project management communication and leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement.
