Manager Property Operations

• Responsible for the overall administration of the property and related departments which could include casino housekeeping facility maintenance food and slot operations.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws regulations and codes.
• Coordinates and supervises the work of department staff to achieve maximum room efficiency and customer service.
• Implements and coordinates promotions and special events.
• Establishes and administers performance and service standards.
• Analyzes food and slot revenues and expenses and other statistical data used to increase efficiency and resolve problems.
• Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with staff management customers and vendors.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Two (2) years of experience in a closely related position preferred.
• Prior experience in the gaming industry required.  
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have a well-rounded knowledge of gaming business operations (casino food and beverage hotel finance marketing human resources etc.).
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
