Where Youll Make a Difference

• Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities during assigned shifts to ensure safe efficient and compliant operations.
• Supervise Area Supervisors and provide coaching guidance and support to drive team performance.
• Monitor production processes and ensure product quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Serve as the primary point of communication between shifts and cross-functional departments to promote operational alignment.
• Identify process equipment or staffing issues and implement timely corrective actions to minimize disruptions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety quality productivity and operational excellence.
• Analyze operational challenges and lead problem-solving efforts to improve process performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety policies while fostering a strong safety culture.
• Complete administrative responsibilities including shift reporting documentation workforce coordination and performance monitoring.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma required; additional college coursework preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing industrial operations biotechnology food production chemical processing or related environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving operational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and shifts.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in an operational environment.
• Strong focus on results process performance and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications and production reporting systems.
