Are you passionate about quality food safety and continuous improvement Were looking for aQuality Assurance Managerto lead quality systems and food safety programs in our manufacturing facility while partnering with operations suppliers and customers to drive excellence.

What Youll Do

• Lead plant quality assurance and food safety programs.
• Manage audits customer quality concerns investigations and corrective actions.
• Analyze quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production and cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality.
• Oversee supplier quality issues claims management mock recalls and compliance activities.
• Champion a strong culture of safety quality and employee engagement.

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 4 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with GMP HACCP SQF ISO FSSC or related quality systems preferred.
• Strong leadership problem-solving communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Expected Hiring Salary Range:$98900 - $141330 (Salary to be determined by the applicants education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

• Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
