Job Summary
Location: Seattle Tacoma International Airport (Primary) Provide Backup for San Francisco & San Jose HR/Administration
Were seeking a strong operations and administrative professional to lead workforce planning onboarding employee administration compliance and access management across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in operations hospitality facilities retail logistics or workforce administration who understands that business success starts with having the right people in place and ready to work.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workforce planning and staffing forecasts with business leaders.
Manage onboarding to ensure employees are ready and productive from day one.
Oversee employee records badging access credentials and compliance requirements.
Maintain operational procedures (SOPs) and ensure consistent execution.
Support employee administrative requests and resolve issues efficiently.
Track operational metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
What Success Looks Like
New hires are fully prepared with access equipment and schedules on day one.
Accurate employee records and badge management with no access gaps.
Audit-ready documentation and compliant processes.
Staffing plans in place ahead of operational growth.
Requirements
Qualifications
5 years of operations administration workforce coordination people operations or similar experience.
Experience supporting multi-site operations.
Strong organizational planning and process management skills.
Experience with HRIS workforce management scheduling or operational systems
