Role & Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Order Management and Fulfillment for an assigned portfolio of accounts
- Ensure that orders are compliant with Samsung Electronics Policies Programs and Master Purchase Agreements.
- Ensure that orders are received and submitted into Samsungs systems in accordance to standard Samsung processes and policies.
- Manage initial order entry through to the billing process to ensure no errors interrupt order flow to billing for applicable sales and return orders
- Resolve order related issues and escalations (systems processes policy project)
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage Order Management staff Indirect and/or FTE employees
- Responsible for achieving related KPIs and SLAs within assigned portfolio
- Maintain Price Discrepancy Resolution in relation to Order Management.
- Validate and process order related price adjustment claims as needed
- Lead order-related integrations and testing for EDI SPACE and other interfaces as needed
- Continually work with internal Teams and external Customers to improve order related items including but not limited to processes integrations and end to end performance.
- Ability to explain end-to-end order fulfillment policies processes and systems; including other functional areas of R/R.
- Keep Leadership informed on daily operations issues escalations etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required in related Business Field
- Prior Order Management and Operations experience; minimum 7 years in related Business Field
- Experience in daily use of ERP system SAP preferred
- EDI Experience in relation to Order Processing and Transactions
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and use in Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in AI tools such as Claude Gemini preferred
- Ability to take Direction and Lead Team Members
- Ability to Think Outside of the Box to provide creative solutions that are still compliant with requirements
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Proficient Written and Verbal Skills
- Capability to Problem Solve and Think Critically
- Effective Time Management
- Ability to Efficiently Multi-Task and work well under Pressure
