Role & Responsibilities

• This role is responsible for the complete lifecycle of Order Management and Fulfillment for an assigned portfolio of accounts
• Ensure that orders are compliant with Samsung Electronics Policies Programs and Master Purchase Agreements.
• Ensure that orders are received and submitted into Samsungs systems in accordance to standard Samsung processes and policies.
• Manage initial order entry through to the billing process to ensure no errors interrupt order flow to billing for applicable sales and return orders
• Resolve order related issues and escalations (systems processes policy project)
• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage Order Management staff Indirect and/or FTE employees
• Responsible for achieving related KPIs and SLAs within assigned portfolio
• Maintain Price Discrepancy Resolution in relation to Order Management.
• Validate and process order related price adjustment claims as needed
• Lead order-related integrations and testing for EDI SPACE and other interfaces as needed
• Continually work with internal Teams and external Customers to improve order related items including but not limited to processes integrations and end to end performance.
• Ability to explain end-to-end order fulfillment policies processes and systems; including other functional areas of R/R.
• Keep Leadership informed on daily operations issues escalations etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required in related Business Field
• Prior Order Management and Operations experience; minimum 7 years in related Business Field
• Experience in daily use of ERP system SAP preferred
• EDI Experience in relation to Order Processing and Transactions
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and use in Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in AI tools such as Claude Gemini preferred
• Ability to take Direction and Lead Team Members
• Ability to Think Outside of the Box to provide creative solutions that are still compliant with requirements
• Attention to Detail and Accuracy
• Proficient Written and Verbal Skills
• Capability to Problem Solve and Think Critically
• Effective Time Management
• Ability to Efficiently Multi-Task and work well under Pressure
• Works well Independently
