The salary range for this position is $94400.00 - 119950.00 - $145500.00 annuallly. Final compensation will be determined based on experience skills and qualifications.

Location: Hybrid in Glendale WI

We are seeking amanagerto be part of ourOneStream Center of Excellence (COE)as the primary architect and business liaison for our financial consolidation and reporting platform. This individual will serve as thesingle point of ownershipfor OneStream specifically for the FP&A function to optimize financial processes ensure data integrity and deliver strategic reporting solutions. The role requires equal partstechnical expertise financial acumen and stakeholder managementto maintain and enhance our global financial reporting capabilities.

This is ahigh-impact rolefor a finance systems expert who enjoysboth technical work and business collaboration. You will be thego-to OneStream expert shaping how finance operates and ensuring reliable timely reporting across the organization.

Specific Responsibilities:

OneStream Leadership & Strategy

• Act as the ownerof OneStream FP&A workstreams managing all aspects of the platform from configuration to end-user support

• Partner with FP&A Business Financeand Corporate Finance and Accounting teams to understand reporting needs and deliver solutions

• Develop the OneStream roadmap prioritizing enhancements that align with finance leadership objectives

• Ensure compliance withUS GAAP related controls requirements and other regulatory requirements

Technical Solution Delivery

• Design and implementcustom consolidations reports dashboards and workflowsin OneStream

• Build and maintainintegrationswith ERP systems (SAP QAD) and other financial tools

• Write and Basic scriptsfor calculations data transformations and business rules

• Lead testing and validation for all system changes before production deployment

Business Process Optimization

• Streamlineplanning processeswithin OneStream and support maintenance and development of FP&A capabilities

• Train and support finance teams on best practices for reporting and data management

• Troubleshoot issues and provide hands-on support for critical reporting periods

• Document system processes and maintain a library of reporting templates

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as thebridge between IT and Finance translating business needs into technical solutions

• Present system capabilities and recommendations to senior finance leadership

• Work with external auditors to validate reporting accuracy

Requirements:

• 7 yearsin financial systems with3 yearsof hands-onOneStream administration

• Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or IT

• Strong background infinancial consolidations FP&A and month-end close processes

• Experience withERP integrations(Oracle HFM SAP or similar)

• Basicproficiency for scripting and automation

• Knowledge ofFASB standards (FAS 52 FAS 109) IFRS and SOX compliance is preferred

• Prior experience inpublic company financial reporting is beneficial
