The Role & Your Impact

As Manager of Technical Service you will lead the North American Ruminant Technical Service team and ensure the successful delivery of technical expertise across our probiotic enzyme feed additive and silage solutions portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers industry influencers and internal stakeholders while translating science into measurable customer value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead coach and develop a team of Technical Service Specialists and subject matter experts.
• Establish clear priorities objectives and development plans aligned with business goals.
• Develop and execute the North American technical service strategy for ruminant solutions.
• Partner with Sales Key Account Managers Marketing Regulatory Product Management and Innovation teams to accelerate growth and customer success.
• Provide executive-level technical support for strategic customer opportunities and complex technical challenges.
• Engage directly with producers nutritionists veterinarians consultants and industry influencers across North America.
• Support product launches technical positioning customer education and scientific communications.
• Oversee technical trials field validation programs and research collaborations.
• Monitor industry trends emerging technologies and evolving customer needs.
• Represent Novonesis at industry conferences customer events and professional associations.

What Youll Need to Be Successful

Required Qualifications

• PhD DVM or equivalent advanced degree in Animal Science Dairy Science Ruminant Nutrition Veterinary Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in animal nutrition animal health technical services research consulting or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of direct leadership experience including coaching and developing technical professionals.
• Strong understanding of dairy and/or beef production systems.
• Demonstrated success partnering with commercial organizations to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence in a collaborative matrixed environment.

• Knowledge of probiotics enzymes silage inoculants feed additives or other biological solutions
• Experience managing technical research programs and field trials
• Strong background in trial design execution and statistical analysis
• Established industry network among nutritionists veterinarians consultants and producers
• Experience working within a global or highly matrixed organization
• Passion for advancing animal health nutrition and sustainability through science-based innovation.

Ways of Working / Working Conditions

• Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel with occasional international travel including customer visits industry conferences technical meetings and field engagements.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams located across North America and globally.
• Flexibility to support customers and business needs across multiple time zones.

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: USD $140000 $% target bonus
